Initially, in 2001, the creation of this Web site was conceived as training tool for new Piano Technicians entering the field. It was quickly determined that it might be beneficial to all Piano Technicians through participation at any level. We encourage submissions of Tests or Test Questions. Additional Update (3/27/06). This project fell by the wayside shortly after inception in 2001. We had more or less forgotten about the project. Recently there has been critisism concerning the wording and answers to a number of the questions. There are also concerns that just presenting a test encourages memorizing as opposed to really learning.
