The above is the modified low tenor bridge where 7 trichord plain wires will be replaced with 7 bichord singlewound notes.

Please also note that the bass bridge apron has been removed and speaking lengths shortened to move the bass bridge farther from the rim. Also note the AccuJust Hitch Pins.

This also increases backstring length and promotes more freedom of movement.

Also, look behind note 1 of the bass bridge and you will see a line where the soundboard actually stops so that portion of the soundboard is not glued (clamped) to the rim and also allows for more freedom of movement. I believe this technique was also pioneered by Del Fandrich.
