PTOOLS is a computer program designed with Piano Technicians in mind. A broad collection of functions to help simplify many of our more mundane tasks.

Notice: Effective Fall 2011. We have ported the main Ptools feature set to "Ptools Server". Written in PHP and MySQL, all data is accessable with any type of computer, tablet, or smart phone from anywhere there is an internet connection. Ptools Server will require "hosting" on a server.  We will continue to support previous versions of Ptools within reason. You can have a look at Ptools Server by clicking this link. Warning: 09/12/10 - Most systems now sold in stores are bundled with the 64 bit Version of Windows 7. Pscale and Ptools will NOT run on these systems unless you have Win 7 Professional and install XP compatibility Mode! However, I do have a workable solution for 64 bit Home and Premium systems but you should contact me before ordering. Note: I have also read that XP Compatibility Mode requires that your system processor supports "Virtualization" and you can download a small utility here to determin if yours does.

05/12/07 PTOOLS Update! Ptools version 2.8 has been released. New features include, but are not limited to: direct internet zip code and mapquest maps lookup, a dedicated service history for each client (finally), email address field added, ability to store pictures of client pianos, improvements in keyboard handling, increased comments field sizes, 100% Windows Vista 32 bit compatible, and more.
